Over the next few shows we added some stylized scenery decorations and lots of trackside accessories.

Block signals, signal bridges, and semaphores show trains in track blocks, automatically changing as trains move around the layout.

We had to add some chairs around the layout. Some visitors wanted to watch for a while and kept dragging over chairs that belonged someplace else.

Four highway crossing are implemented with flashing crossbucks, a gateman, crossing gates, ringing bells, watchmen, and banjo crossing signals.

The lighted pre-war metal houses have been moved to the other side of the layout and streetlights added.
